Year 3

Year 3

Hello and welcome to Year 3 Class. Thank you for taking the time to look at all the exciting things we get up to! Our team include: Miss Summers (class teacher), Mr Deacon (teaching on a Wednesday), Mrs. Stuteley (1:1) and Mrs. Davey (1:1) every day.

We have adopted St Paul as our Class Saint and will find out more about him as the year progresses.

We can’t wait, it’s going to be a busy year!

Our Class Prayer

Dear Lord,

Thank you for giving us support when we are worried or we find our work hard.

Please help us to show the Gospel Values all the time.

We are sorry for not always making good choices.

Help us to listen so that we can believe, succeed and soar.

Reading at home

As we all know reading is such a key part of our development.  Early reading ignites creativity, sparks curiosity, and stimulates the imagination in young children. Often, this leads to role-play as children grow which helps to develop other skills such as empathy, problem-solving, and morality.
