Open Days 

 

Is your child 5 between September 1st 2019 and 31st August 2020?

Please join us on one of our open days for a tour of the school and an opportunity to find out what Saint Mary’s has to offer.

 

Tuesday 6th November 2018 9.30am – 11.30am

Monday 12th November 2018 10.00am – 11.30am

Monday 26th November 2018 1.30pm – 3.00pm

How to apply for a school place

 

Reception Class Intake

Children who will be 4 years of age on the 31 August 2019 are eligible to apply for a school place in RECEPTION CLASS in September 2019.

 

Lincolnshire parents can apply for a place now for the September 2019 Reception intake.

 

The preferred method for applying for a Reception place is online. APPLY HERE.

You can also apply by telephoning their Customer Service Centre on 01522 782030. Alternatively you can request a paper application using the same number.

 

MID YEAR ADMISSIONS

Have you recently moved to the area? Are you looking to move schools for any other reason?

 

Parents who are looking for a place for a mid-year admission may contact us directly, in the first instance, to establish if we have places available, but applications should also be made online. 

If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below. 

Apply for the Normal Year of Entry

Children born between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015 are due to start Reception in September 2019. 

·         From  November 2018 you can apply online for a Reception or Junior place for September 2019 entry.

·         From  September 2018 you can apply online for a Year 7 place for September 2019 entry.

·         You can also apply for a Year 3 place at a Junior school if your child is currently in Year 2 at an infant school.

PARENTS ARE REMINDED THAT IF THEY ARE APPLYING ON RELIGIOUS GROUNDS, THEN THEY MUST SEND A COPY OF THEIR BAPTISM CERTIFICATE DIRECT TO THE SCHOOL.

This will ensure that the correct priority is allocated to their application. They should also complete and return the supplementary forms to the school. 

 

Parents wishing to enquire about MID YEAR ADMISSIONS may contact the school in the first place on 01476 562017 or E-MAIL to check whether places are available in a particular year group.

St Mary's Catholic Voluntary Academy is consulting on changes to our admissions arrangements which will take effect for the academic year 2020-21. The consultation will run from Monday 3rd December until Monday 14th January. Details of the changes and how you can submit comments can be found at
